If you take leave between the 1st and 10th, your salary gets delayed by five more days and is paid by check. 4. Poor Bus Service: The company provides a bus, but if it’s late, you have to stay back and make up for the lost time. 5. Stressful Environment: Phones are not allowed at work. Once inside, it feels like a prison. 6. Trouble When Leaving the Job: If you decide to quit, they treat you badly, and it’s hard to get your final salary, even after following up many times.

I shifted to Mumbai for my 6 months internship with Rexnord Electronics & Controls Ltd and company has helped me find an accommodation and they make sure of the safety. Company provided free lunch and travel by bus. I joined as an intern and got lot many things to learn from here. Now i got permanent on the roll of company in their R&D team. I wish to learn and grow with this company. Even i got an appraisal within 3 months after getting permanent.

Good Management and Take care of employees.career Growth is good. I love idea of working from a company that is constantly growing and making a positive thinking . Festivals are celebrated here and HR does a really good job into organising all the welfare activities. Good Food and Travel is provided by the company.
