If you take leave between the 1st and 10th, your salary gets delayed by five more days and is paid by check. 4. Poor Bus Service: The company provides a bus, but if it’s late, you have to stay back and make up for the lost time. 5. Stressful Environment: Phones are not allowed at work. Once inside, it feels like a prison. 6. Trouble When Leaving the Job: If you decide to quit, they treat you badly, and it’s hard to get your final salary, even after following up many times.

HR attitude towards all employees and false statement and promises, No work and life balance, Your efforts are never count during appraisal. Appraisal will be provided after 1 and half year later. On little things director is directly involved in the things. There is high risk of job security.

They don't provide appointment letter no experience letter no salary slip. Management is worst. Its like jail they treat their employees as slave no value of employees. On public holiday they don't give paid holiday they deduct from our salary. Worst experience.

Diwali bonus is Rs.1000 for older staff and Rs.300 for new staff. Management does not encourage acquiring new skills. The company culture is bad and everyone is always either angry or crying and pointing fingers. Most staff don't even have appointment letters. Yearly increment si anywhere between rs.800 to rs.1800. There is no job security and anybody can be fired at will of management. Lunch tables are located right beside the smelly sewer and flies roam around food.

I like their more employments. I people should work together. when we do in the more mass then it will be competition and always can learn a new thing from someone
