The work culture is poor; they treat employees unfairly and lack a clear structure for assigning tasks. They hire for one role but assign completely different responsibilities. This company is highly misleading—avoid it if possible.

The work culture and management are terrible, with false commitments made. Once you sign, they will ruin your career if you lack the knowledge to survive in Dubai. They refuse to cancel your visa and will take your notice period salary, offering some poor excuse for it.
