6 days week, No grace period for late marks, 3 months notice period, 1 Lakh security deposit cheque, 1 year Service Agreement, Daily 4 time MIS reporting, 1/2 day cut for not sending MIS, Rs.500 cut for not reporting daily report to Management, Daily late sitting, No Tea breaks, No place to eat lunch. Policies are made to deduct every rupee from the employee and earnings for the owners. No work life balance at all. Also need to do all work of owner's residence.

...alary check lists boss will deduct amount from your salary for nonsense reasons. salary deduction is like hafta vasooli. completely waste of time, don't work here. pathetic work environment, always fear of salary deduction. 10-12 working hours, no place to eat food on lunch time, strict timings, no job security.
