Good Evening Sir/Madam glad to recieve a message regarding to know the review,Mostly I like the way I interact with patients with love and affectionate conversation make them to come again and coming to the point of RNTCP is only for the purpose of identifying the TB Patients TB is mainly caused by a bacteria called Mycobacterium Tuberculosis it mostly affects the respiratory system (Lungs) and it may affects any other part of body except Nails & hair ,patients who come for the consulting the doctor he/she recognise the symptoms of a patient and advice for test called AFB(ACID FAST BACILLI).in the absence of doctor too as a Medical laboratory technologist i can also have a right to enhance the TB cases to make Tb free India upto 2024 the symptoms are following:- persistent cough for more than 3 weeks with pyrexia, night sweats ,loss of appetite, loss of weight. if above mentioned symptoms are seen in individual never neglect them because it's a air borne disease he/she can transmit to other healthy individuals by coughing or sneezing the droplets can cause him/her tb, some times there will be absence of bacteria in sputum but symptoms are similar such Patients are also advised for the x ray presence of tb,so that careful preventive steps were followed by medical professional by wearing facial masks, gloves, after identifying the bacteria positive in his/her sputum of an individual he has to report to the Senior TB Treatment Supervisor for the commencement of Anti TB medication once medication will be started Patients are be given a personal identity card to call them up for sputum follow up checking whether Patients are respond to treatment or not Initially while we join in this organisation we undergo training for sputum smear preparation, staining techniques, identification of bacteria and grading of the resu career will be very fine no work pressure but we have to increase the cases that's it.regarding salary it will be in time by second or third of every month
