Mohali IT sector is absolutely @hit. They want freshers to have 2 years of experience 🤣🤣🤣 I mean cmon guys...... Aren't these enough red flags?? I hope y'all find a better job.

Management is poor and low salary. If you are working for more than two years even then your salary would be less and no.respect will be there. The all problem here is because of the management like managers and HRs .

Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises. But, nothing work as per they said. Salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities. Nothing was followed legally. Complete cheating management.

Worst management under Dhiraj. Hello not only is unsupportive in nature but threatens people of giving negative feedback while leaving the employment. Who does it. On top of it he on his whim tries to increase notice period to 6 months which is not only unethical but also illegal.

I don't know much about the company, But their HR made really clear how the company must be.

Their HR Pallavi Gupta is very hostile in nature. A HR directly represents it's company and company's work culture. She is really unprofessional while talking, definitely would not recommend someone to be in a company where these kind of people are allowed. I came across her while she was looking for employees , she literally started scolding me about a misunderstanding in my resume without listening. A straight no to such employees and company who allows this kind of behaviour.
