... more worst I simply advise or suggest my friends not to go even for interview And if you join and u need relive from here u need spend one more year without any salary hike...

The two years bond which will take you one more year The rules and policies made by them Timings are officially 9:30 hours but god knows how long it goes Politics on person to person Leave policy is the worst thing

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
