I don't have any great words about of reval but carrier starts hear he became a master because they learn how to survive in corporate field.

Dislikes

...a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and our efforts. Salary is not well, career growth not addressed. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. And manger he doesn't have any powers even hikes or requirements, there total authority keep in one hand in behind of the organization in Eluru Branch. Finally career growth'0'

Likes

The best place to start the career and to be with. Management is the excellent part of the company, they make sure to address each and every concern at the earliest. Understanding managers when it comes to work-life is a plus. The company is one of the growing establishment, hence it is always a better place to be in.

Dislikes

... which the team needs to deal with, however that I feel is also a plus of Reval. Not a single layoff or pay-cut was observed during pre & post covid situation. Little surprised to see the comments in others post about the salary payout lateness and trip contribution, which never happened with me as I left the organisation after 7 years of service, and never found such scenarios. If you are thinking for a better company, go for Reval!

You won't get compensation fairly. There are too many politics. First of all, you never get clarity on your work and managers don't know the products which you are going to work. They just ask to work on deliverable without knowing how complex it is and how time it takes. They pressurise you to complete it on time.

Likes

You will get 15-18 % every year. As they pay very low compared to others that other company’s 8-10% amount hike will be your 15-18% hike. In short there is nothing good about REVAL Analytics.

Dislikes

Worst management. There no growth as it is a flat organisation. HR will forget about your annual bonus. No one is professional in the organisation let it be manager or HR team. If you are working in finance department, they will anytime shift you from one product to another, they will ask to collect data. There no assurance that you will be working on the profile for which you are hired. They will develop nonsense tools and will force you to use them.

I cannot say anything good about Reval, but career wise it would be a fair start to a fresher, as one learns how to survive in the corporate.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management never addresses an employees issues. More importantly whether one works for 9 hours or 24 hours, efforts are never noticed. There is no proper work management. Training provided is hardly of any use as one needs to re-learn everything from someone else except the trainer. There are no proper HR policies, and HR keeps changing the norms as per their convenience. Employee Retention is ZERO.
