Gurgaon Office is really good.

TOO much work for an intern. Only 2 months into my internship and, with the pay of an intern, I have to do the same amount of work as the analysts with 2-3 years of experience do. I'm expected to make no mistakes and learn all the business processes in such a short time. Same boring repetitive tasks all day. My offer letter didn't mention the time period of 6 months so I constantly fear I may not convert to full time if I do not meet expectations. PF deductions even from stipend, so I'm getting 21400 in hand instead of 25k. All the team members are boring AF. Nobody wants to come to the Gurgaon office, everyone's happy with WFH. Not the fun Gurgaon culture like in some other companies. Definitely not continuing here...

Leadership lacks empathy . They just run on numbers, deliverables and meetings. Funer ruings like support, help, understanding, empathy, mentorship etc are meaningless words here. I was pregnant and yet they decided to put me in PIP and remove. I kept asking them to move me out of project and account but they didn’t do on time and kept giving me bad feedback. I strongly suggest no one to join Axtria Amgen.

Higher management is full of shit . Doesnt know anything about. They just want to fullfill there goals which is cost cutting . They dont want anyone to succedd

-Salary is hike is good as compared to industry - Good opportunity to learn new things in early career stages - No issues with leaves (depends on project basis)

-Poor WFO policies, complex time logging methods -Overall a hustle company burnout are often.

Axtria has a good wfh policy. Not the best but somewhat better than some other company. You can work from all 5 locations in India.

Dislikes

Not good salary hikes from past 2-3 years. No stocks. No perks. No learning if you are not in a good project which is rare. Biased managers and work environment.
