Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

As a fresher you will learn alot here and will gain so much knowledge.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

They dont provide with proper safety equipments and will force you to handle harmful chemicals without safety equipments. They just want the work done any how, without concerning about the employees health and safety. They dont have canteen and you will have to eat in lab in pungent smell of chemicals. They wont provide you with apron, safety shoes, will give you gloves sometimes, safety glasses will get stolen and management wont give you another. Manager is never satisfied and always screaming on employees and make them work so much extra without paying an extra penny.
