It's a robot company, not for humans. They pay less for the work you do. Once you made a mistake, they will give that as a reason for every hike and promotion. Poor infrastructure, poor work life balance and poor management

1) Too much politics in manager 2) no hike and promotion 3) Managers will not follow the ethics, they shout on employees and no respect 4) No proper cab facility 5) difficult to live In organisation. 6) because of all these attrition rate very high.

• Some of the senior team members are really supportive and knowledgeable • Good place to learn about insurance operations, communication skills, team handling skills....only if you are willing to put extra effort • Management recognise the good work done by the employee and exposes them to the next level

# On-time salary with Allowances (Based on the Quality of your work) # No Meetings and calls after leaving the office. # OT paid for the weekend works and for extra hours. # Office infrastructure is pleasant. # Maintain the quality in your work and that's it, you'll get what you want (pro and appr). # Cab facilities for Night Shifts (Women-2 way and Men -1 way) # Night shift allowances are provided according to the timings. # Team Outings every quarter (1.5k for each employee). # Christmas gifts will be provided. # RnR will be given every quarter (1k voucher). # Retention is very good and even they take back their former employees who leaves the org.

# Need to run the time tracker until your shift gets over, that means you should be on your seat for 8 hrs. If you run the tracker and move a little bit, that's it your job will be at stake. # Manager will show their true colors, if you create any errors in your work or ask for hike and promo. # Cafeteria is very small. during the lunch hours, it will be congested. # Co-creation room needs some makeover with more space and more games. # Hikes can be increased. # Some analysts and TLs will support whatever their AM says, but they will not support you, even if you have a strong friendship with them. My Advice - Make limited friends, focus on your quality, ask questions/talk/give solutions in the meetings, be loud and clear in your opinions, you'll be saved.
