The process is worst ever i saw the toxic managers and they behave like this is school and they are principal they won't give work from home option and even if u r sick also they won't give leave they gave only 6 days of sick leave in a whole year and if u took extra 1 sick leave then it will consider as LOP(loss of payment). Totally worst manager and team.

Transportation: They will deduct sum amount for transpiration and which is high expenses for boys. There are few Asst managers who acts like they own this company.

...y are selecting candidates based upon the 4 days training and 2 days assessment. Salary is more compared to any other company for freshers. Also the atmosphere of the company is also soothing u can listen to songs. Its a good company. For those who want to start their career in corporate field.

Work life balance 0 out of 10. It all depends upon ur teams.u can't get leave if u have work they will not allow. No work from home. If u did one error ur out of the company. They dont know how to manage work properly firstly they will start with more people after that they will remove people from the teams by which the work pressure will become more for the other team members and they dont think about that also they dont care about ur health they just need their work done. They think by changing teams they are giving some more opportunities for growth but its not the same for everyone. No work from home except for some teams and medical emergency.

I have completed 2 years in Resource Pro and it has been good so far. I work in the IT department and the experience has been excellent. The work-life balance here is good. We have good colleagues, which makes working here all the better. The leadership is very understanding and professional at the same time. The company has grown leaps and bounds in getting new business and employing more resources. The growth chart shows a promising future here. Overall an excellent work place.

Dislikes

The only negative could be the salary hike part. The hike % is very low compared to the market outside and this needs to be looked at. They might give you a very good hike % when they hire you but once you come in, you would know the reality that they do not give much pay hike at the end of the year. Probably the second negative thing is " There is no hybrid or WFH option ". You have to come to the office. Only in the rarest scenarios you would get the WFH option.

It's a robot company, not for humans. They pay less for the work you do. Once you made a mistake, they will give that as a reason for every hike and promotion. Poor infrastructure, poor work life balance and poor management
