Needs a good leader who can bring back it's glory in kota but that's easier said than done.

...d recommend not to join. Company is not paying the salaries since April 2020. They had fired many people without any reason , major salary cut down, not providing documents to candidates so that people can join at other places. Earlier culture was best but from 2020 it’s pathetic.

Salary never on time Salary of 4 month is pending Not sure whether company would survive or not. Co not able to make payments to vendors. Company Highly at risk of survival

Salary delay, no promotions, they will remove people from job without notice period and no final settlement. If you leave after giving notice period say bye bye to 2-3 months of salary
