The job is very interesting as I have on the job training so I have learnt alot and appeared performance checking tests and got promotion also it was a great experience.

Managment is very very poor. Top managment faith only on center head whether he is corrupted or not. I have complaint many time for bad policies but they never listen . Students always complain about faculties but they never take action. I have give 6 years to resonance. My growth is almost nil . Even in covid19 crisis , they make the employees crying. Not paying salaries even since before lockdown. Laid off hundreds of academic and non academic staff.

Though it was a leader coaching institute, but in present it is into very bad condition. The institute is unable to pay salary since December 2019, no appraisal since April 2018. Many of faculties left, many laid off and many still working without being paid.

I totally dislike this fraud company. All employees laid-off without any salery. No security for job no professionalism in management and cheap policies.

Dislikes

Laid off the employees and no salery given since last 8 months to employees. All staffs will be on loss of without pay from Aug to March 2021. I will never recommend to this company.
