Salary Deduction for things not mentioned in policies. 2.Long working hours. 9.5 hours daily and reports every EOD with numbers. 3.Expectations to work on weekends, and also ask for results on Monday Morning. 4. Expectations to find 5 profiles daily for job openings. 5. Want you to work on Sunday if not able to achieve target 6. Yell at you for mistakes not ours, but client or candidates. 7. Treat Employees like their own property

The company is not at all professional. The salary which they offer is nothing as compared to the work. Worst place to work The boss will shout at everyone with very bad language.

Management commits for incentives but never been paid, Salary not given on time, No equal treatment is given to every one. Timing keeps changing. New joinees are treated fairly while old employees are been taken for granted.

...ring, but i learnt this here and closed positions which give loads of happiness. Salary is always given on time. colleague working here are very good in coaching, helping and connecting.
