...ity is good, knowledgeable seniors and managers who will guide you throughout. Great way to make money for a fresher as their start salary package is good, but growth is zero. Interpersonal relationships with colleagues, fun times

Dislikes

Favouritism towards some employees No work life balance. Working on the weekends for free is normal here. Higher management is stingy and do not even provide celebratory cakes for birthdays. Employee retention rate is low at the firm, and this calls for concern. An employee is valuable only once they are leaving in the company. There is no employee appreciation.

The managers are good behaving and understanding.

Dislikes

No opportunities for learning new things and growing. No good culture. No job security, they will fire anytime. No other benefits such as PF contributions.

Work life balance is at place.

Dislikes

Management is unripe of ear. They put you in PIP and forget to update about the progress after a month, after which they ask to leave Stagnancy or no growth here, Managers won't speak for you, you have to do it yourself Manager know only to instruct and don't know how to guide.

It is a good company for engineers in operations. Very happening company, management also involves and works as a family.

Organisation does not believe in growth, not open to adapt new ideas. Not a good choice for Sales Dept. Believes in micro management, hiring bpo employees and molding them to work in their ways. Not open for innovative employees.
