You find no growth here. Forget your reimbursements, late salary, no work life balance at all. They will ask you to join a con call after you are gone from the work place of no reason. Politics plays an important role here. One or two old employees and their references are given importance otherwise you are just working in the organisation. You may find some good people here but rest you see just because they have no jobs in hand.

No comments really. They don't really have funds but yes for party they always have money to spend. They should pay to their employees who are working for them hard
