1) If you are well educated and have well knowledge upper and lower both management wont let you work for a longer time. 2) Behavior of upper and lower both management are bad the worst you can imagine that's what you will get their while working. 3) No professional hr department they wont provide you joining documents. they will just provide you dates and say what you will do of documents. 4) its better to sit at home rather than wasting your time in this company.
