If you are starting your career in wet utilities then it will be a good company to start with. You will get a chance to directly work with the client and you will be thrown into the battlefield which will make you uncomfortable initially but later you will realise that you have learned a lot by this way.

Repl Company Is good company for employer. Its pay time to time in lockdown. Its full medicine facilities for covid -19 . And its Worker and staff fully discipline with social distancing and others technique safe of the corona virus

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
