Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It's a one of the worst company in NBSC sector because here salary is very low. Then they not increase the salary as per experience. So working staff are very struggle with their life. I was waste my two year.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

We are not posted near Location. Work culture is very bad. There is no skill development area. There is no training. One year for confirmation but they are not willing to confirm everyone. If you need any promotion you have wait 5 years not possible. There is no extra benefit like incentives

Repco is a place where you can experience a vast areas of specialization .

Dislikes

They don't have the patience to reply to employees. Pregnant women are given terrible treatment . I have faced it and don't want any women to face it. If you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy please don't join with the that doesn't care your health.
