I didn't like anything about the Rentech Digital. A company having pathetic CEO and Director. Has no sense.

CEO should learn how the true leadership is. Must pay the salary on time and treat your employees in a good way. A CEO(Himanshu Dhameliya) and Director(Pravin Dhameliya) both are cheater & typical, brainless director. No leadership, No treatment for employees, Pathetic management, Nagative atmosphere, No value for your hard work.

The company's environment is highly unprofessional, with the manager, Manny, engaging in favoritism and workplace politics, especially with female colleagues, He lacks grounded experience and ethical behavior, raising serious questions about his suitability as a manager. Unfortunately, the CEO(Himanshu) mirrors this unprofessionalism, displaying poor ethics and weak management, For anyone seeking for long term, stable work environment, joining this company would likely be a significant mistake. Despite being a top performer who generated the highest revenue, the toxic politics made the experience extremely disheartening.
