Scope of learning is very good. Company provides the opportunity to learn and get a permanent job in Wipro. Job is secure. Very good opportunity for the freshers to adapt the corporate culture.

Salary is very poor and increment is less. I worked in a project where I had to do shifting so work life balance was not that good.

Nothing, I wouldn't say I like anything about this company. Only the salary disbursement part is okay i.e., on time. For freshers, it is okay to get experienced. I worked as a Desktop engineer for a Wipro project, without job security, promotion, bad HR, No salary increment, etc. Terrible work experience.

work environment and balance between work life and personal life is good i have the personal experience of working at data center and explore new things.which is good for my career growth.

job security is very less in that company because it provide man power to wipro, salary is very low according to other organisation and it does not provide salary to us at right time because of poor administrative operation.
