Everyone praises work life balance here. But that is not true for every team.

Dislikes

Salary and promotions are far below than the mark. They're constantly offering 5.5 LPA for freshers since the last 4 years. You get 40k a month. Canteen charges and transportation charges will be forced on you even if you don't use them, and even if the canteen food is un-eatable and transportation services useless for you.

The atitude of the company employes towards the contract employers is very bad they asks to do over time and no extra payment they talk as they wish if u don't listen to them; is the reason why I am leaving job in stores I have been working for 1 year today is my last day.

Company is good but the employes are having attitude they expect to work overtime and talks in a baseless manner

Lower salaries than industry average Promotion/Appraisal is based on Number of years of experience and not on skills and performance Limited skill development. employees have to work on single project lifetime.

Good for work life balance You will learn and have satisfaction of working here as your work is directly used by the customers.

Salary growth is less They don't have new technologies Management doesn't care about the feedback and it is very slow

A company that cares about its employees provides them with appropriate salaries and benefits. And the company culture is excellent and the communications in company are very good. This company strictly follows rules and regulations.
