Well there is always scope of improvement in some areas in every organisation but those are negligible compared to the overall experience for Renew.

Salary on time, friendly colleagues (as all are harassed), CEO is good but least involved in business - god knows where it's he busy..

Dislikes

Extremely poor brain-less senior management, no one listens to you, there is a constant dissatisfaction in each employee and everyone is searching a new job daily, there's no recognition, only if you can lcik toes of your manager you will grow otherwise you're seen as a burden & can be thrown out anytime.. all good reviews that you see on the portal or even the GPTW awards are paid ones, do not fall prey to these..

I am working as a technician in Renew here is good work place mare knowledge we learn with good safety culture. I attended many safety training in this company now i able to giving a first aid.

Low sallary No any good increment No any bonus No benifits only fixed salary

ReNew attracts a lot of great talent in the energy industry due to its brand positioning and good compensation.

Dislikes

Very top heavy, decision making is opaque and often becomes like working in a family business. Frequent chop and change in management (in the name of restructuring) and poor HR practises has led to the company become sluggish in the last few years.
