I am working as a technician in Renew here is good work place mare knowledge we learn with good safety culture. I attended many safety training in this company now i able to giving a first aid.

ReNew attracts a lot of great talent in the energy industry due to its brand positioning and good compensation.

Dislikes

Very top heavy, decision making is opaque and often becomes like working in a family business. Frequent chop and change in management (in the name of restructuring) and poor HR practises has led to the company become sluggish in the last few years.

I am working at Dholera unit due to remote area some of commute from Ahmedabad and some of Bhavnagar. I personally notice we have waste almost 3 to 4 hours in Travelling. People are getting tired.
