Hire and fire is very common for them Within 1 month without asking any explanation they will remove employees. They don't give work from home when it's necessary instead they ask us to take leave

It is good for freshers but only for 6 months after that they will eat you and your life . Be careful if you stay near company location then only the company is okay for you .

The culture is so bad . If you Don't have any friends you will get fully frustrated.

We who travel by train route were all supported work from home almost more than week before the lockdown started nationwide, further during the nationwide lockdown we do not ask anybody to report to office for work, also we received mediclaims to cover hospitalization charges incase anybody falls sick during this lockdown, there has been no salary cuts or delays in salary payments in our company so far of the employees due to the pandemic, also career growth has not been stagnant due to the pandemic situation. We are still growing and so are our employees.

Nothing found to dislike till date. I really respect this company and the owners.

Likes

It is a very good company for freshers who want to start career in game development and Java. Interesting work will be given to those who can pull off. All seniors are very supportive and open to ideas and suggestions. Work environment is fun loving and enjoyable.

Dislikes

You have to keep your pace when the new skills and tools. If company find you liability then they will directly tell you to stop coming for work. There is lot to learn for freshers however growth is very limited if you are planning for a long term job.
