I love being working there ....but till now I din received any help.....moreover i have not been paid my salary also.....

I don't exactly dislike anything such that ....it's just that I don't like the way they don't even pay is for our work.... We don't get any kind of benefit also

Company culture is very good. Specially work life balance. Pay structure and annual hikes are one of the best in Industry.

Nothing as such apart from current market situation which is a temporary affair.

Nice allset perfection , my work to this is very knowledgeable and work is creative and learning more and more about cars and spare parts plus love to do my work as I am in a senior manager post.

Working hard and hard less salary packages and no work from home jobs here , rarely holidays are given

Their no growth in terms of both salary and career. And you will not get the incentive as per they have mentioned before giving the target.

Working there is one kind of suicide attempt... No job security, no increment, only do work and expect nothing, salary not on time, it is a horrible experience working with the organisation,

The management, they show you that how much they r trusting you but behind that they conspiring of you, any time you may Loos your job.
