There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The best things I would like to say there good environment, co-operation of teammates. We will send for training soon. Overall work life is good.

There are lots of things I want to say about salary and increment, those two things are completely poor. And work location is in the awkward place, no transportation here to the exact location.. There is no such job security..

Company culture is very good. Specially work life balance. Pay structure and annual hikes are one of the best in Industry.

Nice allset perfection , my work to this is very knowledgeable and work is creative and learning more and more about cars and spare parts plus love to do my work as I am in a senior manager post.
