There is lot of politics and management do not address our issues. Salary is descent but slow career growth. There is a bond for 3 years before which you cannot resign. OJT is not given to new joinees.

Nice Pay and great yearly increment. You can get 200% variable pay amount also if you perform well.. Work life balance is great you can leave ontime by 5.30pm. Cutting edge technology.... Training are very good you will get lot of opportunities.

They are cheating my variable pay, hike is also like service based company, please dont come to company for product organization..
