They are cheating my variable pay, hike is also like service based company, please dont come to company for product organization.. Trust me.. 2 years before I have joined, I'm very happy that time, but now I'm feel angry on me for choosing this company.

RNTBCI has excellent work life balance, good transportation You will get chance to work in many variety of projects local or global support You will have excellent learning especially if you are fresher

Salary is not Upto market standards, in fact it has lower salary than most tier I suppliers There is group of old timer managers who are just incompetent and they show partiality Upper management has no clarity on the direction of the company, mission & vision statement of company changes for every year
