Work life balance is good if you are not showing that you are responsible but do act as much as possible Top management never work for anything and give false promises and lies and gives fake info..

Designation and it's equivalent salary never matched. Even asked,they always lies.. According to their needs and convenience they hire or move the favored people in your place and let you down and treat you as slave.. Showing dictatorships.. If you need peaceful work environment and dont take any challenge.

Company that has tremendous opportunities to learn, excel and demonstrate. Lot of challenges you can see. Working for 2 corporates and indigenous local projects are some big experience you can get.

...y with them, yes you’ll get what you want.. remember not for what you perform. It’s a company that will never pay its existing employees and ready to let them go, but ready to pay a hefty package for new employee.

Good work environment and job security is good. Compensation and benefits is very poor.

...whereas work balance, learning and growth depends upon each function and people. Now a days due to no future projects the organization had become terrible place to work zero growth, compensation not inline to market.

Company culture is so awesome. Job security is at core. Great ambiance and work life balance.

No proper promotion Less hike percentage Salary slab is not disclosing properly. Hiding many things. Management need more improvements. HR can modify their terms and agreement every year as their wish (suddenly they say 3 months notice period and inbetween they will change is as 1 month again they change it back to 3 months). Salary slab between your colleague will have a huge difference even though you guys are in a same designation. (NOT ONLY BCZ OF EXPERIENCE but also management needs). It should be noticeable. Cafeteria size should be increased. Transport cost should be reduced ( or can provide one way free).
