Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Learning good & improve my knowledge. First time work at MNC company system & environment is so good.Renault Nissan employee is creative own idea, dedication level also good.work is hard but we merge it.

Good for learning concepts like nissan way, v-up and other trainings. Work life balance is ok.

...ulture is poor as nothing is put to practice - only on paper and training rooms. Poor hr management as technician salary same as asst. Manager (for same experience). Hr cuts employee benefits to reduce cost.

I done my Apprenticeship Trainee in RNAIPL. Good work environment and culture. Company policies are too good, appraisals are fair and they give good stiffened at end of the month sharply. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. After complete your training period they terminate all of them.
