I was 1.8 years working with RNAIPL MNC company. Nissan benifits for only Nissan employees like bonus and all month boost and horlics but other contacts trainees no benefits. My suggestion is naps two year apprentice trainees provide with bonus.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I done my Apprenticeship Trainee in RNAIPL. Good work environment and culture. Company policies are too good, appraisals are fair and they give good stiffened at end of the month sharply. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. After complete your training period they terminate all of them.

Nissan is my Favourite Brand, in which I get a chance to become a Apprentice, however nissan work culture is ok but they are using each manpower for every job

...ees, thus they don't know what a engine consist of. Work pressure is so high. Apprentice salary is so less while comparing.

The company gave a good exposure about automobile field and they make everyone to work and we can learn a lot regarding the management and it gave a good experience to me personally then its a good atmosphere to work too

Ofcourse salary is decent and growth is slow.The work pressure is high for me personally.
