Work culture and work atmosphere is good where colleagues work as a team.

Dislikes

Salary is much less as per market standards. Also salary hold culture is there for not meeting targets which is not expected from any organisation.

Good company for starting career, Having great learning opportunities as you have to do multiple works beyond the assigned work, Job security is great, once in a year Team Outing is also good thing there

Dislikes

...ke to his favourite person only, he is having great ego problem in every matter. If you resign then he become worst person, even from then he will start to hold salary until 45days after leaving. HR team also irresponsible, they do what they want and works very slow. There is long list of dislikes but major dislikes at Kolkata branch I have mentioned. For other branches I do not have that clear idea.

...e that was support job but after training I came to know that was voice process. And when I left this company manager talk with me very rudely and didn't give my salary also

It was my first company i have worked in and worth it i really love the colleague and senior's they help us to learn and guide very well and so supportive.

Dislikes

Well i worked as a intern but didn't get employed there. Pay is less but good for freshers and to learn work.
