There is a lot of political view shows.salary is like as everage but future are secured and career growth is slow.

... transparent carrier there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies and good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

If there is a session for anything, it should be held within the 8 hour working time and not your personal time. And here it always happens that sometimes from the side of the TL, sometimes from the side of the manager, sometimes from the side of the quality, some meeting or session is scheduled.

The company is least bothered about their employees ' growth and development. They bring in people on immediate basis but when relieving they ask all sorts of reasons documented proofs and pay cuts. No recognition for the hard work and no other benefits apart from comp off. Issues in service keep prolonging thereby affecting customer satisfaction but the blame is put on advisors
