The company is least bothered about their employees ' growth and development. They bring in people on immediate basis but when relieving they ask all sorts of reasons documented proofs and pay cuts. No recognition for the hard work and no other benefits apart from comp off. Issues in service keep prolonging thereby affecting customer satisfaction but the blame is put on advisors

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

...slike about reliance SMSL coz everything is good in it but there is one thing Salary is decent but career growth is slow. and another is resign period is for 3 months

We would love about the colleagues who help us through the difficult times. They environment we were at work was simply Awesome.

...xhausted at times often. Better not to be a part in this organization anymore. We work for salary and job satisfaction both will not be available here.Internal politics play a lot in promotions and increments also. You will be awarded with no incentives but deductions on unnecessary things may happen due to faulty software on the login hours.

If there is a session for anything, it should be held within the 8 hour working time and not your personal time. And here it always happens that sometimes from the side of the TL, sometimes from the side of the manager, sometimes from the side of the quality, some meeting or session is scheduled.

Bht buri politics hai. New hiring nikalte rehte hain, kam salary me aur purane employee ko fraud karke nikal dete hain. Agr kisi employee ki salary jyada hai to use jbrdsti ki ztp dekar company se bahar kr dete hain. Jigar, vijay, vinay aur Rakesh in logo ne pura process khrab kar rkha hai. Triple chat ka telecom process hai. Agr aap kuch problem btao to inka HR Clayton dhamkiyan deta hai ki job chali jaye to mere aage mat gidgidana. Planned leave dete nahi hain aur unplanned leave agr aapne li 1-2 to pip dakar job se nikal dete hain. Trust me on this life ka sabse worst experience aapko milega agr aapne join kr li. Aap is company ko join krke depression me jaoge hi jaoge. Ek rs ki facilities nh dete. Na koi gift, na bonus, na voucher. Sabse ghatiya company hai- Reliance. Aap mar bhi rh hoge to bolenge ki apni arthi par lete huye ki pic do tb FNF krenge.
