...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

very worst experiance in reliance smart point as a pharmacist. there is no scope of future and low salary. they close his store in smart point without opening store. hire employee before store is start and after they says store is not going to open u will not come to store from towmorrow. without resignation period. there is not a little job safty.

There was nothing to like in that. Punjab cluster was better. But Bihar cluster was worst.

Seniors was not good. They do work according to their comfort. They do not think about staff members and their problems.

No Pramotion for extra work it depend on internal time means one person can grow according to time when they join and second same other person can not grow if they join less time. It my susses pramotion should depend on mork not a time
