Some products are not good to sell but company force to sell the same products it will effect to company growth in future and for employs also

There is a misconception that Reliance companies especially ADAG group are not great places to work with. I found a very professional environment and great colleagues. In short I had an amazing time. Obviously there was work, tons of it. But I found the company to be fair in rewarding hard working employees. Most of my colleagues were working for 5+years and that itself showed lower attrition.

... company, chances are you’ll continue to work under that post for a long time. Obviously there will be increments in salary each year. But, the promotion is difficult

...freedom to express ur views..celebration of festivals.... growth opportunity....Company policies are gud, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year.

Company's growth is little lagging in comparison to peers.

HR policies are terrible, extention of bonus retrenchment date, is communicated 3 days prior to expiry. Employees are disappointed!

Bad experience with work in reliance securities..As per discussion at interview time there was not given any information about salary deduction... And told me that salary is fixed but now they are saying about deduction if target will not achieved...That's why i am leaving this job..And one more thing my Salary is not issue yet of my working days i have done here....
