Worst salary structure, huge deduction. In the name of store manager, you are given assistant managerial grade of B1 which is cheating and fraud. HR, Anupam From Kolkata doesn't know how to talk to employees.

salary on time, and central HR team is very supportive, specially Mr Ravi Gangaramani.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

They give huge workload on low package. You can't grow only with your knowledge, experience & skills. They only give priority those people who are always ready to "flattery" them. T
