Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No fixed work time. Even there is 5 days working in week. We have to do all 7 days working. Very bad management and work preaaure is too much. No work life balance. Do consider this before joining. Life becomes hell. Major junk of CTC goes in PLI which we will not get full.

Career growth with job security both are there in Reliance retail. During this covid-19 lockdown supported with working from home without any salary cut and company equipped me with facilities to complete daily official task. Also supporting with medical awareness, expert knowledge and facility. I take it as pride to being part of family.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.
