The SLP rule was a time-consuming one in Reliance. No work was done without it, but it caused a huge loss to us and the company.

DM's salary is increased every year However, the staff does not get a salary increase even after working for 2 to 3 years, so the staff is unhappy. Store Manager and Department Manager are paid daily and monthly salary is just that, no other money is taken

Seriously i really like company Rule and Regulations and also his management. Always gave a salary in date and time .. No Delay any type ..

I don’t think so dislike about reliance Retail any type of culture.. Seriously this company thinking’s about our employees and always support his employees to every situation..

Reliance destroy my career bacause after 1 year of joining company laying off many empolyees incluede me bacause of his project failed at many cities. now company told find new job otherwise they will fire us. now i am searching for new job and it is very difficult to get new job within certain time.

1.Long Training months/Year without mapping at your store/WH. 2.No incentive start because your store/WH not mapped. 3.PH(Public Holidays)work but not adjust like other day Leave.
