If you came reliance with a good salary hike then it's good but u came with a position with low salary then u can't get growth in package. Only learning can happen. If In every year performance you will get A* then also you can't get a good hike in salary. Nd there is no benifit like Sodexo food,no free pickup or drop, no benifits in reliance stores.

One thing everyone likes about reliance is job security, Yes it's the only reason.

Work Culture, Work life balance, Reliance will give you bigger CTC with less in hand salary & you'll rarely get a chance for personal growth, you'll rarely get a promotion or appreciation. They will make sure that you'll do 2 lac of job for 1 lac of pay.

salary on time, and central HR team is very supportive, specially Mr Ravi Gangaramani.

Dislikes

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

They give huge workload on low package. You can't grow only with your knowledge, experience & skills. They only give priority those people who are always ready to "flattery" them. T

1) not job security 2) leave issues 3) not properly areegment in canteen for eating food. 4) work life is not good in reliance.
