Comparatively less salary but I know job security and health and work life balance will balance that also

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products. On site travels is completely dependent on our project. my colleague s comes from various background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like employees re hiring policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have to alert all the times & respond as I have to attained calls in off hours let it be night or leave & provide solution also taking night round of our base sites.

A great Company to work with, it is always with there Employee, especially during Covid time when most of the Company, have dropped their Manpower with salary deduction, but Reliance had paid full salary and Ask his team to be safe first

...ironment and culture. Teammates and Management is supportive. Store is spacious. In this Pandemic situation Management was very supportive and I’ve received full salary which I liked very much. I feel secure working here. Proper training is given on time.

Salary is average and career growth is slightly slow. Even though after performing well my salary hasn’t been increased which I didn’t like.

Good work environment and culture. Supportive teammates and good management our company company policy are to good appraisal are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
