Company to bahut achhi hai company ka work culture and salary appraisal bahut kharab hai. Saalo tak aap kam karte raho but salary nahi badhti h.

Company me Managar ya upper level ke employee apne aap ko company ka ek employee nahi malik samajhte hai, mental pressure yeha bahut jyada hai. Aap kitna bhi achha kaam kar lo aapni kabiliyat ka koi inaam nahi milna naa koi appraisal hona. Inhe haar saal purane employee ko nikal kar naye bharne ka shauq hai, yeha wohi saalo saal tika rah sakta hai jo chamchagirii kar sake. Imandar ya swabhimani logo ke liye yeha kaam karna bahut mushkil hai.

Well furnished and neat and clean area , having rules and regulations, proper uniform allow , special the respect officer gave to salesman and back to officer is excellent

...kward without beard I didn’t say heavy beard just a simple and light shade . atleast need with proper cut is allow

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
