Worst HR Culture, If you have God Father /Mother in a Bigger role in reliance then you will enjoy working here in Reliance irrespective of your position, you work or not no body has a power to tell you anything. The rehiring policy is terrible, they don't value your experience outside reliance. Coming to SLP part there are some (not all) retired army people working in corporate but still have mindset of Army and trying running a corporate company like army. They still loved to be called as Cornel, Major ect. That is why they are misbehaving with civilians and don't hesitate giving example of Army in every meeting. This is very dangerous for corporate world. It's look like if Top management doesn't look at all these then time is not far that it will loose it's market Value unlike some big companies which are history now.

On-time salary and incentives. The Coursera platform they provide to get education and skills is very good.

Dislikes

Everything apart from salary and incentive. The company is providing us all kind of facilities that are more in comparison of other companies but there is no work life balance. There is no job security because the management change the structure in every 3 - 4 months. Company transfer us in multiple roles and locations to save our job that is very unsatisfying. There is no growth. Employees are working from 8 - 10 years in same position.

However, the salary compensation is relatively low compared to the demanding nature of the role, which can sometimes be a challenge given the long hours and high expectations. GoodLearing opportunities. Salary at par with the industry and timely pay-outs.

Dislikes

1. Poor leadership. 2. Top management does not get involved in critical operations planning and monitoring functions. Purchase team is procuring materials without the concurrence of the sales teams. There is no sales forecast based on the annual operating plan (AOP). As such, inbound is happening 2x of the sales resulting in stock dumping, stock damage, higher inventory holding cost and consequent loss of working capital. Logistics cost is very high due to frequent IBT (Inter branch stock transfers) and unplanned procurement. Also, space issue due to inventory dumping is increasing the processing time and loss of the committed TAT to the customers.

The Brand name. Everyday is a new challenge

...eryday something new task is there but with nominal support from top management. Salary is not upto the mark. Bosses are here to just give pressure and not support in true sense. Humiliation is the topping on the cake.
