This is only for Jiomart Partner (Institution Sales). Only salary comes on time. No support from Seniors namely Arup Sarkar, Saugata Mishra & Palash Bhattacharya. They are only pressurized for numbers. They don't have any basic knowledge of how to work in the proper institution. No one is come into the field to see what problems we are facing while dealing with customers. Toxic work culture if those seniors are there. No front-line employees are present for more than 8 months. All are searching for change.

Everything. No work satisfaction. No proper support from seniors. They only threaten to terminate service. Too much Partiality. You cannot develop anything in your carrier other than a Top Company name in CV.

Terrible work culture, No job security at all, doesn't have any vision to run a smooth operation. They work impulsively. They do not have a fixed working process.

Your health will get start affecting after few months working. No employee engagement . Even no work culture. Every time Management showing fear of loosing your job.
