...xisting employees they recruite new employee from out side with higher package . Presently my salary is same with LPA s salary working for 12 hrs duty.. difference is only that I am manager and he is LPA doing duty at gate that's it.... Please think on this part....it's critical

There is nothing to like in this company. They treat humans more like machine and give unnecessary extra work not related to job. Managers dedicate everything to us.

Low salary and lala company. They cut a lot of money on medical but the quality of medical is not there.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
