Goods work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

salary on time, and central HR team is very supportive, specially Mr Ravi Gangaramani.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

They give huge workload on low package. You can't grow only with your knowledge, experience & skills. They only give priority those people who are always ready to "flattery" them. T
