In reliance retail work infrastructure is good . Team work is good. Salary on time no delay ,if delay you recive a mail before one day. Hr coordination is very good. Management is very good and helpfull. Over all work infrastructure is very good.

management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

...uota. Saturday working is very common without any compensation or consideration. The pay is very less, you have to earn leaves. No other benefits are there like bonus or something. The list is endless.
