I wasn't satisfied with the package and increment here .. Here I observed that the people here has not having knowledge for those the package is high and increment too because of the waste Manager who is his boss showing partiality to his team mate or gang for those he has given good rating for appraisal and the person who is working hard and smart was given low rating.. Completely disappointed by this calibration.. And there is no option to discuss about the given rating HR policy is waste in this..

Firstly the salary of CSA should also be increased which is not being increased and CSA gives the same argument that the salary is low, this much salary can be got anywhere else. 2ed If the company hires new employees then it pays very high salary whereas on internal promotion the salary is increased very low and yearly increment is also very low, HO should look into all this

On time Salary, reimbursement is the only Positive in Reliance

Worst HR Culture, If you have God Father /Mother in a Bigger role in reliance then you will enjoy working here in Reliance irrespective of your position, you work or not no body has a power to tell you anything. The rehiring policy is terrible, they don't value your experience outside reliance. Coming to SLP part there are some (not all) retired army people working in corporate but still have mindset of Army and trying running a corporate company like army. They still loved to be called as Cornel, Major ect. That is why they are misbehaving with civilians and don't hesitate giving example of Army in every meeting. This is very dangerous for corporate world. It's look like if Top management doesn't look at all these then time is not far that it will loose it's market Value unlike some big companies which are history now.
